Deborah Sommerhalder,
E-RYT
Founder of Inner Sun
Yoga Studio, LLC
Yoga became a powerful part of Deborah’s life when her daughter
suggested they attend yoga classes together. Deborah discovered that yoga was the
“piece of the puzzle of life” that she had been searching for. Deborah because certified in yoga from
Midwest Power Yoga and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the E-200 hour
level. She has completed Thai Yoga Level I and Christouch Energy Healing
Level I with Lauri Lumby-Schmidt at Authentic
Freedom. Prior to teaching
yoga, Deborah had 20 years experience teaching a variety of fitness
classes. She also received
certifications in Pilates Mat and Pre/Post Natal. Deborah’s enthusiasm to teach and deepen
her personal yoga practice continues to grow through self-study, teacher
intensives, certifications, and private instruction.
Deborah teaches
with energy and compassion from her heart providing you the opportunity to
explore your practice and advance at your own pace. She coaches you thru breath, movement
and meditation so you can find your true connection to your soul. With patience, dedication and a regular
yoga practice, Deborah believes that you will find strength, healing,
balance, and peace.

Deborah is forever grateful to
her family and staff for their encouragement and support; to her past
teachers for their guidance and for showing her what it means to be humble,
brave, compassionate, vulnerable and strong; to her current teachers for
continuing to challenge her in body and mind; to future teachers for the
unknown; and to her students who teach, inspire and amaze her everyday.

Molly
Sommerhalder, RYT
Molly began yoga sophomore year of high school when she
attended her first yoga class with her mom, Deb. With her passion for exercise, she found
yoga as a way to move, strengthen and connect her mind with the physical
body.
When she left for college, Molly lost her practice and found
her life out of balance. Now with moving on to a new adventure of life
after school, she has once again put yoga as a top priority in her life.
She is thankful for the opportunity to get back into her yoga practice by
taking classes with and being inspired by great teachers in the Fox
Valley. Molly is trained in vinyasa flow
yoga and completed her 200 hour teacher training with Appleton Yoga
Fusion. She is currently interning
at the Marcus Center for Performing Arts in Milwaukee and Sarathan Records out of Seattle. She teaches yoga at Yama Yoga in
Milwaukee and Inner Sun in Oshkosh.
With a major in music management, Molly finds that yoga is
the balance she was searching for in the past four years of college. She believes if you put your practice
first, everything in life will follow the way it's supposed to. Bringing her love of music to her
classes, Molly encourages her students to create their own music with their
breath. She feels that to connect the mind and body, you need to first
connect the breath with movement. In
her classes, she invites her students to let go, smile and find their inner
happiness!

Through the power of the internet, she is helping her mom, Deb, with
marketing and managing the business.
Megan holds a
degree in Recreation Management from UW-La Crosse and is the Recreation
Director for the City of Columbus in Wisconsin. The most exciting part of her job so far
has been the filming of Public Enemies starring Johnny Depp and Christian
Bale right in Columbus! Prior to that
she was the Recreation Director for the Village of Maple Bluff in Madison. Megan enjoys traveling, horseback riding,
skiing, sky diving, surfing and just about any extreme sport she has the
opportunity to try! She has traveled
to Australia, New Zealand, and many areas in the United States. For two summers during college, Megan
worked at Lake Mancos Ranch in Colorado as a Recreation Counselor.
Megan would like to thank her mom
for keeping her involved with Inner Sun Yoga even though she resides in a
different part of Wisconsin. She lives by the quote “Adventure is not in the
guide book, and beauty is not on the map. Seek and ye shall find” ~ Unknown
