This workshop will cover all of the essentials including benefits, safety procedures and basic asanas to ensure that you're ready for our drop-in aerial classes.

Explore restorative yoga as you FLOAT in support of hammocks to stretch connective tissue and create space and openness in your body. You will sink deep into postures with ease and rest so you can return to balance. Essential oils will be offered and you will experience your savanna floating in Nada (sound) Nidra (sleep) with a guided relaxation and singing bowls.

Grounded in the foundations of hatha yoga, through asana (postures), body alignment, deep breathing, meditation and relaxation, this works will provide the tools you need to discover and rediscover a practice that's right for you.
