Explore restorative yoga as you FLOAT in support of hammocks to stretch connective tissue and create space and openness in your body. You will sink deep into postures with ease and rest so you can return to balance. Essential oils will be offered and you will experience your savanna floating in Nada (sound) Nidra (sleep) with a guided relaxation and singing bowls.

Join Molly for a four-week series to relieve stress and stay connected to your spirit this winter. We are offering this series at two different times and practice will feature a new focus from the December series.
Each week, she will provide a focus to release tension in the body, mind, and spirit so you can leave your practice feeling rested, restored, and at peace to navigate through these ever-changing times that we are in. The darkness can leave us feeling lost and overwhelmed so join us on your mat and remember the support of practicing yoga!
We suggest attending live to all 4 week sessions to gain the most benefit. Classes are an hour long. We will record each class and you will have the week to watch each session. Sessions will be available until March 22.
