About Molly & Deb
This mother/daughter team have been on the journey of yoga together for over 20 years. Between them, they hold countless certifications and trainings to guide people to heal and embrace themselves through love. Molly Jansen is the Founder of Swan in the Lotus Yoga and Wellness, LLC. She has been a guide for over 15 years and uses her knowledge and experience to help women explore their pelvic floor and embodiment. She also incorporates the spiritual practices of yoga in all accepts of her coaching and teaching. Deb Sommerhalder is the Founder of Inner Sun Yoga Studio, LLC and has been in operation for over 18 years. She teaches authentically with compassion, sharing her knowledge from trainings and experiences, inviting her students to use their intuition and explore their practice at their own pace. Deb is also a sound healing practitioner and continues to explore new sound instruments and the power that sound has to heal us. |

Sadhana, a Sanskrit word rich in meaning and challenging in its implications. It means an instrument, a way to attain our goal, the spiritual means we adopt, the sacred path we walk. Over the years this word has also meant for us our inner quest, our being on the way, our willingness to be led. That is why we understand that Sadhana is every means we employ for finding inner freedom, for attaining wholeness and integration and for discovering the divine in all things and all things in the divine.
Commit to doing yoga and embodiment practices with Deb & Molly every morning for 10 days. We will explore the heart center to experience the presence of Divine Love and feel the rewarding and transformative benefits of a fully integrative yoga practice.
