I really enjoyed the training that you provided. It's one thing to gain confidence doing aerial yoga yourself but another to teach others to do it. Going through the training gave me the understanding and support to help me build that confidence. It was great having it only be a weekend but still learning enough to enable me to teach. The few things we had to do after the training also really helped me practice and the feedback from peers and you were great and super helpful! ~ Hannah
