"I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the Inner Sun Yoga Studio and the Vinyasa class I attended during my recent visit to Oshkosh, WI. As a frequent business traveler and relatively new to Yoga practitioner I have the opportunity to try different studio's and Inner Sun ranks among the best I have experienced. Your class was informative, fun, relaxing, challenging but not intimidating. It was a great way to unwind and feel good after a day of work.
I would recommend your Studio to anyone in the Oshkosh area whether new to Yoga or a regular “Yogi” to come in and try a class. It is well worth it and they will appreciate the benefit of Yoga and what you and Inner Sun have to offer. I look forward to my next class when am I traveling through the Oshkosh region."

Wear comfortable legging (tighter on lower legs) yoga/type pants.
Wear a t-shirt that covers your underarms.
NO ZIPPERS, BUTTONS AND YOU MUST REMOVE ALL JEWELRY!
No sharp objects on body of any kind, including nails so do a mani/pedi check prior to coming to class.
There are some contraindications for aerial yoga such as heart conditions, vertigo, disc problems and pregnancy so it is important that you let us know prior to taking a class so we can advise you on which class to take or if aerial is appropriate for you at this time.
Hammock height and postures have variations offering something for everyone!
6-8 inches off the ground is used for classes such as restorative and Nidra.
Just above your knee (low aerial) is used for restorative, yin, therapeutic, and for those with limited flexibility.
Hip height is used in basic and mixed level but can be lowered based upon your request.
In any class you can always stay on the ground if you prefer. Think of the hammock as a bolster, block or strap that can support your entire body. Just as in any other yoga class it can be modified. If you like to fly and have a more challenging practice, it will be offered when you and your instructor feel you are ready.
