Soulful Flow "Bhakti":  A vinyasa yoga practice that weaves in the "bhakti" spiritual teachings of yoga. Mantra meditation (repetition of word or phrase) and/or sound with singing bowls and other instruments may be included.
*Suitable for all levels of experience that want to explore ancient practices as a way for you to heal your body, mind and soul.


Vinyasa:  Move rhythmically with breath in creative flow sequences and stretch deeply in held postures to build endurance, strength, balance and flexibility of body and mind. *Great for those who are ready for a strong, physical practice, this class typically has more flow and offers arms balances and inversions as options.

Hatha Flow: Slow to moderate-paced class exploring breath, movement, alignment, longer holds in postures, balance, relaxation, and meditation.
Hatha Flow + Sound: Adding to the yoga experience will be the integration of sound bowls during some of the postures and ending with a Sound Bath Savasana!
*Hatha Flow classes are adaptable for all levels of experience.
​**Zoom/Recorded option available for some classes. 

Slow Motion:  This class infuses slow vinyasa movement and strength holding Forrest Yoga poses. We will intuitively move our bodies to tune in and release build up tension in the body, mind and spirit.
*Designed for all levels of experience to enhance your awareness and strength for all your yoga classes.
​**Zoom/Recorded option available.

Yin:  Receptivity, allowance, tolerance, reflection, and passivity are the key intuitive aspects of yin. Release tension, aches and pains as you move gently and stretch deeply in long-held postures on the floor that target your connective tissues. In this class you will be encouraged to allow your body to unfold however it may.
*Everyone from beginners through experienced students will promote balance and harmony in body and mind with a yin yoga practice.
​**Zoom/Recorded option available for some classes.

Restorative:  Release the effects of stress on your body and mind. Class will be a blend of gentle yin, restorative and other relaxing modalities with props. Adding to the sublime experience will be the integration of sound and/or yoga nidra (sleep). 
*Perfect class for beginners, injury recovery and anyone needing time to just simply relax.
​**Zoom/Recorded option available for some classes.
