Hatha Flow:  Traditional yoga class that explores breath, movement, alignment, longer holds in postures, balance, relaxation, and meditation. Great for beginners, this slow to moderate-pace class suitable for all levels of experience.

Inner Sun Flow: Explore and awaken your spiritual heart (inner sun) in this all levels class! You will slowly open your connective tissues with yin postures and them move your prana (vital energy) with invigorating Vinyasa Flow sequences. You will also a develop mindfulness through meditation and breath. Beginners will be offered the basics and experienced students will have the opportunity to make this a more challenging class.

Vinyasa:  Faster-pace class with more creative flow sequences and challenging postures to build endurance, strength, balance and flexibility of body and mind. Great for those who are ready for a strong, physical practice!

Soulful Flow:  Connect to your soul using breath, asana with slow-flowing sequences and meditation. All levels are welcome!

Bhakti Flow:  "Bhakti" a devotional yoga practice that threads together creative flow sequences and spiritual teachings of yoga. Includes mantra (repetition of word or phrase) sound and meditation. Singing bowls will be part of the studio practice for a complete yoga and sound experience! Suitable for all levels of experience that want to explore movement and ancient practices as a way for you to heal your body, mind and soul.

Yin:  Receptivity, allowance, tolerance, reflection, and passivity are the key intuitive aspects of yin. Release tension, aches and pains as you move gently and stretch deeply in long-held postures on the floor that target your connective tissues. In this class you will be encouraged to allow your body to unfold however it may. Everyone from beginners through experienced students will promote balance and harmony in body and mind with a yin yoga practice.

Restorative Flow:  Release the effects of stress on your body and mind. Class will be a blend of gentle flow yoga, restorative and other therapeutic modalities with props. This class is perfect for beginners, injury recovery and anyone needing time to just simply relax.
